Things are not going too well all over the world the reason is because the world is going through a recession .people are losing their jobs, theirs is sluggish trade all over the world.

According to a forthcoming report by the international Energy Agency, sluggish trade, dwindling industrial output and greener government policies have put the global carbon dioxide emissions on a track to drop 2.6% in 2009, the largest slide in 40 years.
